Sketchoholic ("we", "us") respects your privacy. This page explains what information we collect through sketchoholic.in and how it is used.

Information we collect: When you submit the commission form, we collect your name, email address, WhatsApp number (if provided), chosen art style and size, any photo you upload as a reference, and any details you type in the notes field.

How we use it: This information is used only to discuss, prepare and deliver your commissioned artwork, and to communicate with you about your order via email or WhatsApp. Reference photos are used solely for creating your artwork and are not shared with third parties or used for any other purpose without your permission.

Storage: Commission requests are sent directly to Sumit via WhatsApp. We do not store your data on any server, and we do not sell, rent or share your personal information with third parties.

Cookies & analytics: This site does not use tracking cookies or analytics at this time. If that changes, this policy will be updated.

Your rights: You can request that we delete your information and any reference photos at any time by emailing sumitsart620@gmail.com.

By commissioning artwork from Sketchoholic (Sumit Kumar), you agree to the following terms.

Commissions: Each commission is a hand-drawn, original interpretation of the reference photo you provide. Final artwork may differ slightly from the reference photo due to the artistic, hand-drawn nature of the work.

Pricing & payment: Prices listed on this site are starting prices and may vary based on size, complexity, and additional subjects. Payment terms (advance/full payment) will be confirmed with you before work begins.

Turnaround time: Estimated turnaround times are provided as a guide and may vary depending on order volume. You will be informed of any delays.

Copyright & usage: You retain the physical/printed artwork once delivered. Sumit Kumar retains the right to photograph and share images of completed commissions for portfolio and promotional purposes (e.g. Instagram, this website), unless you request otherwise in writing before the commission begins.

Reference photos: You confirm that you have the right to use the photo(s) you submit, and that submitting them does not infringe on anyone else's rights.

Cancellations & refunds: Cancellation and refund terms will be discussed and agreed upon individually for each commission before work begins.
